PepRally Terms of Use

1. Agreement

PepRally provides software for documenting research peptide protocols, inventory, dosing, and outcomes. The Service is offered on a free tier and an optional paid “Pro” subscription. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Research use only

PepRally is for research documentation and organization only. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and institutional requirements in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and accept the research disclaimer presented during onboarding before using core features.

4. Auto-renewable subscriptions (PepRally Pro)

PepRally Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional features in the Service. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or PepRally web billing (via RevenueCat), depending on where you purchase. Prices may vary by region and platform; the amounts below are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) for reference.

What you receive during each paid period

While your Pro subscription is active, you may access Pro-gated features in the Service, including (as available on your platform and account):

• Analytics and trend views for research logs
• Photo attachments on result entries
• Bloodwork result logging
• AI-assisted research suggestions and chat (research framing only)
• Research PDF export
• Protocol sharing and community features (where enabled)
• Custom peptides beyond the curated library
• Wellness session tracking
• Practitioner portal access (where enabled)
• TRMNL display integration (where enabled)

Free-tier features (such as core inventory, cycle, and dose logging) remain available without a subscription. Feature availability may change as the product evolves; material reductions to Pro benefits will be reflected in these Terms when practicable.

Free trial

PepRally Pro may be offered with a free introductory trial on the App Store, Google Play, or web checkout. The trial terms below apply when a free trial is shown on the purchase confirmation screen before you subscribe.

• What you see before you buy: The trial length (for example, 7 days), the price after the trial, and your billing period are always displayed on the store or checkout sheet before you confirm. If no trial is shown, that purchase does not include a free trial.
• During the trial: You may use Pro features at no charge for the stated trial period.
• Conversion to paid: Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription automatically becomes a paid PepRally Pro subscription and you will be charged the price shown at signup (plus applicable taxes) to your Apple ID, Google Play account, or web payment method.
• Cancel before you are charged: You may cancel anytime before the trial ends using the subscription management steps in Section 5. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged for a renewal at the end of the trial (subject to store policies).
• Eligibility: Introductory offers are generally limited to new subscribers who have not previously held PepRally Pro on the same store account. Apple, Google, or our billing partner determine eligibility; you may not receive a trial if you are not eligible.
• One offer per account: Free trials and introductory pricing are typically available once per Apple ID, Google account, or billing account, per platform rules.
• Unused trial time: If you purchase a different PepRally Pro plan or resubscribe while a trial is active, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited, as stated by the store at purchase.

Automatic renewal

After any free trial converts to paid (or if you subscribe without a trial), payment is charged to your Apple ID, Google Play account, or web payment method. Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price for your plan.

5. Billing, management, and cancellation

Subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google, or our billing partner (RevenueCat); PepRally does not store your full payment card details. To manage or cancel:

• iOS (App Store): Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → PepRally, or visit Apple Subscriptions.
• Android (Google Play):Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PepRally.
• Web: Sign in at PepRally, open Profile → Subscription, and use the customer portal or checkout management link when available.

Deleting the PepRally app does not cancel your subscription. After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current paid or trial period unless otherwise required by the store. Refunds are handled under Apple or Google refund policies; contact the store for billing disputes on mobile purchases.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of data you enter. You grant PepRally a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service. You may export or request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use PepRally in violation of law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risk.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPRALLY DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED OUTPUT IS FOR RESEARCH ORGANIZATION ONLY AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPRALLY AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PEPRALLY FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product reasons. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
